The last step is to breakdown the number of monthly leads into a daily number of leads. So if you need 700 leads every month, than you need 23.3 leads per day. Write 23.3 leads on your board below your monthly leads.

Work with the daily number, celebrate every time you achieve you daily goal with a small reward. If you meet your daily goal, you will meet your monthly goal and first thing you will know is that you will hand your letter of resignation to your boss with a big smile on your face.
